This extensive project involved the phased renovation of a three-story building, comprising administrative offices, science lab fit-outs, and educational spaces. Each phase was carefully executed to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations while maximizing efficiency and quality in the refurbishment process. The administrative offices were upgraded with modern amenities to support efficient workflows, while the science labs were outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment to enhance research capabilities. Simultaneously, the educational areas were redesigned to create dynamic learning environments conducive to academic achievement and student engagement.
